A New Way to Fight Acne
* The war on pimples is ongoing, and theres a new laser treatment called Isolaz that is seeing some impressive initial results.
* Isolaz utilizes suction, which helps get the skin in the optimal position to receive the acne-destroying laser light, and to date it is the only technology FDA-approved for the treatment of the numerous forms of acne. Because theres no need for a topical anesthetic or pretreatment, it can take as little as 10 minutes, and there are no side effects, such as redness, peeling, or sun sensitivity, which are often seen with other laser treatments
* Isolaz is also the first technology thats been shown to actually reduce the size of the pores, which has prompted further studies.
