To celebrate iftar time, there are so many diverse foods that might eliminate hunger or thirst of someone who after a full day of fasting from dawn until sunset. There are many types of food, beverages and takjil that can be consumed. Ranging from dates, compote, sauce, fried foods, and so forth. However, in general, a person who is fasting to be oblivious to what is eaten in the sense that they do not care about the nutritional content of the food home satisfied and feel full. 
There are various, unhealthy diet are often consumed for those who break the fast, even the food menu is not balanced with a healthy diet. I have clarified the types of foods commonly consumed by people fasting would be bad if it is not balanced with a healthy diet and also the dangers it causes. 
1. Beverages Ice

3. Fatty foods 
Excessive eating fatty foods such as fried foods, coconut compote, and so forth, could be a problem if my friend does not balance with fruits and vegetables. When my friend all the excessive eating these foods, the fat will be stored in the body during fasting plus it slows metabolism conditions. That range of food and drink which has become a habit to be consumed during fasting which, if consumed in excessive amounts and are not offset by eating a healthy diet, then the consequences would be fatal.
