9 Causes of Constipation
Constipation is divided into two types, namely primary and secondary constipation. Constipation is the primary functional constipation or no organic abnormalities found in the body after the examination. While the secondary constipation is usually caused by other diseases.
Most people think less of fiber as the main cause of constipation. Though there are many triggers constipation, ranging from lifestyle, medicine, until complications of the disease. Here are some of them.
1. Less liquid
Consume less fluid can cause the stool becomes hard, so hard to be issued. Drink at least 8 glasses of fluid a day.
2. Chocolate
There are several studies that have linked the chocolate with the occurrence of constipation in some people even though consumption of chocolate would help launch a bowel movement. If you are a fan of chocolate, you can begin to reduce them.
3. Pregnancy and childbirth

4. Too much meat

5. Vitamin

6. Pain relievers and antidepressants

7. Hypothyroidism
Hypothyroidism or thyroid gland is not active will slow the bodys metabolic processes and intestine. Not all patients will experience constipation hypothyroid but usually the doctor will ask patients to check the levels of chronic constipation thyroid.
8. Diabetes
Uncontrolled diabetes can cause nerve damage that affects the bodys ability to digest food.
9. Lack of exercise
Less mobile lifestyle can also trigger constipation. Make physical activity at least 30 minutes every day.
