Benefits of Meditation for Health - According to wikipedia, Meditation is a relaxation practice that involves the release of the mind of all things interesting, overburden, or worry in our daily lives. The literal meaning of meditation is an activity of chewing or flick through the mind, thinking, pondering. Meaning definition, meditation is structured mental activity, conducted over a period of time, to analyze, draw conclusions, and take further steps to address, determine the action or settlement of a personal matter, life, and behavior. 1. reduce pain
The pain we feel at the actual body from the mind. That is why meditation for 80 minutes can reduce the perception of pain by half. Concentrate while meditating can help us manage the emotional impact of physical pain.

2. Increase sexual satisfaction
Research published in the journal Psychosomatic Medicine in 2011 found practicing meditation regularly will increase sexual satisfaction in women. In addition, those who regularly meditate also claimed that passion more easily aroused by their partner.
