How To Take Care Of Your Eyes

and blurred vision. Eye exercise will strengthen your eyes
and improve muscle strength, circulation and promote healthy
vision.
EYE EXERCISES:
UP & DOWN MOVEMENTS: Look to the ceiling and then down to
the floor with out moving your Head. Repeat this 10 times.
BLINKING: Sway slowly and rhythmically, breathe rhythmically, and
blink regularly. Blinking lubricates your eyes. Try to blink once in
every 20 seconds.
CIRCULAR MOVEMENTS: Slowly roll your eyes first clockwise,
in a circular movement making a circular as large as possible.
Do this 10 times. Then repeat the same action in an anti-clockwise
direction.
TO AVOID:
Avoid reading under strong light or with the light shining directly
into your eyes, in moving vehicles, reading small poor quality print
and lying down and watching TV or reading.
