Signs Of Sun Damage How To Reduce Sun Damage
Large pores, which tend to be more noticeable on oily, thick, and sun-damaged skin, can be caused by hormonal changes, dehydration, and pore-clogging makeup.
SIGNS OF DAMAGE:
Wrinkles: When the sun damages skin, it weakens elastin and collagen,
in turn causing deep wrinkles, and sagging and loose skin.
The Lips: The lips are sensitive to the sun and can develop freckles
and dark spots over time.
Age Spots: Commonly found on the forehead, age spots tend to be flat,
but dark. They can also appear on the face, hands, arms, and back.
PROTECT YOURSELF: Beyond daily use and proper application
of sunscreen, its essential to take other steps to protect yourself from too much sun exposure, such as limiting outdoor activities between 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
BROCCOLI MAY WARD OFF SKIN CANCER: In addition to the
many essential vitamins and nutrients that broccoli contains, its extracts when applied to the skin may help cut the risk of skin cancer.
DID YOU KNOW: Certain substances like antibiotics, birth control, and antibacterial ingredients in soaps and creams can cause your skin to be more sensitive to the skin, causing extreme burning, and in some cases, rashes.

* Stay out of the sun. Using sunscreen anytime that you go outdoors
doesn’t sound like fun, but it is, in fact the best method to
keeping age spots and wrinkles at bay.
* Use a daily regimen. Having a good quality cleansing regimen will
also help to keep your skin healthy and glowing rather than
hurting and painful.
* Eat a diet rich in antioxidants.
USING HOME REMEDIES:
* Get a massage. When you get a good massage, your body
is going to feel good.
* Make a solution of turmeric powder and sugarcane juice
(one part to one part) to use on your
wrinkles. Apply to your wrinkled areas daily to see results.
* Use the juice of green pineapples and applies on your face daily.
Leave it in place for at least ten minutes. This will also help to
remove cracked skin that you may have.
TIPS FOR REDUCING WRINKLES:
* Eat the right foods. Fill your day with dark green vegetables,
deep reds, orange colors and more.
* Wear protective sun screen any time that you come into contact
with the sun. Even in the winter or on overcast days.
* Exfoliate. If you allow your skin to have a fresh start weekly,
then it will always look young.
* When considering wrinkle creams, look for those that contain
Vitamin A, Vitamin C and Vitamin E in them. These are ideal for
helping to fight off the wrinkles and restoring life to your skin again.
